How will my games get determined?

For this listing, you would offer to purchase a certain number of games and tickets from the Season Ticket Holder. The actual games and tickets you would get would be determined at a later date using the the following method:

Sequence Draft
Games will be allotted to partners based on chronological order of the games in season. Each partner will be assigned a number in a sequence then each game in the season will be assigned based on the sequence. The partner first in the sequence will get game number 1, the partner second in the sequence gets game number 2, and so on. The sequence repeats until all games have been selected.

Hi Doug, the ten games you have carry a face value of $2180, based on the 5 price points set by the Twins. Thus, their cost is $9 less per ticket. I will offer to split the $360, making my cost $2000. Can you do this? Thanks again, Jason.
  • Hi Jason, The amount of $53.50 is my cost that I have into each of the 324 tickets ($17,334). Each of the ticket partners within our seats have packages in increments of 10 games and each 10-game package is $2140. This isn't negotiable. I certainly don't make a profit and don't intend to from the season ticket holder partners. I can easily sell the 10 individual games on Stub Hub and make a significant profit, but I'd rather give someone the opportunity to share in our season tickets who's looking for a long-term partnership. I have young children too, and I wish I had a 10-game package available in our outfield seats as the price of the tickets is $22 each, but I have a waiting list five deep of people who want in if ever there's an opening. Sorry, but I can't and won't make an exception and lose money on tickets. Doug

Hi Doug, Jason here. I realized your 10 games are priced at face value. I offered to split the difference between cost and face. I want to share these seats long term and would hope to work toward paying cost. I have 3 young girls who will love these seats. Any chance you can work with this? Thanks for your consideration.
  • Hi Jason. The per ticket price for my offer should come out to $53.50 per ticket. I will check on the face value of these seats but I believe this is $8 below the lowest face value on the tickets and as much as $29 below face for premium games. Season ticket prices are usually $8-10 below face value and eliminates additional fees if purchasing individual games. This is my cost for the 10 games. I'll check and get back to you on Monday if they're still available. Thanks and have a great weekend! I'll try this weekend but I have a full schedule with youth hockey. Take care! Doug

Hi Doug, Interested in joining your group but there are really no elite games this year. Is that the case every year if I join your group? That was a made an offer a little lower then your asking price. If there were an elite game in there I would have no issues being in this group long term. Thanks Ben.
  • Hi Ben, The way the games work is this. I have 8 partners that each get 10 games. The group has been intact for several years now, and due to health conditions one can no longer continue. The order has been established years ago. Partner one gets game 2, game 10, game 18, etc. Partner 2 gets game 3, game 11, game 19, etc. The order doesn't change. We don't draft for individual games. The schedule dictates who the Twins are playing and whomever has that game goes. There are games exchanged amongst the partners on occasion, so if you'd be looking to see a game you don't have, most are flexible in the games they have as long as exchanges are done before the start of the season when tickets are in hand. The price of the package offered is the Season Ticket Holder cost of the tickets. Therefore, my price isn't negotiable. I can list the tickets on Stub Hub and sell for face value and make a significant profit, but I'd prefer a partner enjoy the 10-game package instead. The tickets aren't intended for re-sale. Please let me know if you have further questions. Thanks, Doug
